Even sometimes Jesus gets it wrong
And sometimes even celebrities don’t belong
Whether we are true recreations or just prints
God never let slip the origins of this shit

But suppose this is all just poorly lit atmosphere
And that habitual self loathing is just a trend this year
Or better yet, our guard is only up due to fear
Even when we know that there is nothing left to write about it

Destiny is really just a fiction writers curse
And my inundation of  poor skin quality is getting worse
The sky looks like it might be made of construction paper
And the world is just sitting on the couch waiting for a new dance hit

I try to be as captivating as possible but lack any and all facets of captivity
This is the least of my worries and the best output I have had since last night’s toilet atrocity
So breathe deep and smell the instance of each moment fading into the sea of forgetfulness
It is after all our best shot at lasting ambiguity and the reoccurring theme of failed lucidity
